WebPay will be updated on the 15th March and we wanted to make sure you have the information you need to best prepare.
Here are the detailed release notes of the upcoming release:
Addition of Traveller Name to Deployment search results and ‘My Deployments’
When performing a deployment search within WebPay, or viewing the deployment list from the Home Screen, the traveller`s name will appear as a separate column within the search results.
The search results will allow deployments to be easily identifiable by the traveller on the associated booking.
• For deployments with multiple travellers only the first travellers name will be displayed.
• Traveller Names are not supported by generic deployments, therefore if the User only has access to a generic card pool the traveller name column will be hidden.
• This is only relevant when either Hotel, Air, Rail or Ground Transportation spend types are in use.
Deployment Search Results Sorting Capability
It will be possible to sort the deployment search results by clicking on the relevant table column headers.
“Hotel Reference” will now be “Hotel Confirmation Reference”
When viewing a hotel type deployment, the label for the Hotel Reference will change to ‘Hotel Confirmation Reference’.
A new ‘Communications Hub’ is to be added to WebPay. This hub will enable users to access details surrounding payment communications issued by Conferma. It will also allow visibility of communication history relating to WebPay’s approval workflow process, TripPay’s emails and alerts as well as other user directed communications issued by the Conferma platform.
Note: The communications hub will be visible to the following user roles: Deployer, Deployment Team Manager, Customer Admin, Customer Super Admin, Card Issuer Admin. Data access is restricted based on role and Card Pool access.
Use Payment Messaging to see the history of payment communication issued by Conferma.
The Communications Hub can display all Payment Messages related to a single Deployment ID or show all Payment Messages issued over a time period - up to 7 days in length, starting up to a year ago. Please note, the messages from the previous calendar day are displayed by default - oldest to newest.
When searching for a Deployment ID, the date controls will be disabled:
Further details related to a message can viewed by clicking on the status link:
Note: The information available will vary depending on the message type and status.
Clicking on ‘Filter Results’ will display a window containing the filter options:
The symbol can be clicked to view extra information about a field:
When Filters are applied to the search, the ‘Filter Results’ Button will be green:
As part of the Conferma Connect service, Conferma have the capability to override a supplied fax number with a known alternative.
In those cases an indicator will be shown so that this action is visible to the user in the payment message queue.
Payment Messages will be highlighted with the Conferma Connect logo where part of the connect service has been invoked, this includes Secure Email or Recipient Override.
The User Notifications page displays all other notifications, which are not related to payment authorisation or to a specific deployment.
