To search for a Deployment, select the Deployment Search icon from the sidebar on the Home page.
Complete the search criteria following the instructions in Transactions. Search criteria specific to a deployment search are as follows:
The Deployment Name refers to the supplier that the deployment was made to.
The Supplier Reference can typically be the Passenger Name Record of the supplier’s booking reference.
The PNR Locator option allows the user to search for a deployment using the PNR.
Last 4 Digits refers the last four digits of the card linked to the deployment.
To exclude cancellations from your search, tick the box marked Exclude Cancellations.
When searching for Deployments, extra search criteria are available that are not applicable when searching for a Transactions.
To use the extra search criteria, select Advanced Options.
Once all search criteria have been completed, select Search.
SNAP displays a list of Deployments matching the search criteria. Search results contain:
Id – the unique Deployment Id assigned to each Virtual Card Number generated through Conferma.
Date – the date on which the Deployment was created.
Name – the name of the supplier.
Reference – the Conferma reference unique to that Deployment. The Reference will be displayed in red if the deployment has been cancelled.
Supplier – the name of the supplier. This will usually be the same as the data in the Name column.
Supplier Reference – the unique reference assigned to the booking by the Supplier. This is typically a booking reference or the PNR.
Detail – in the screenshot above, this is the dates of the hotel stay. For Air Deployments, the Detail describes the route and date of the flight.
Click on the Deployment that you are looking for to display further details for that Deployment.
Expand the accordions to view the Accommodation Details or Custom Data Fields.
