Logging in as a new user
Once you have received notification from your administrator that your WebPay™ account has been set up, go to https://webpay.conferma.com
NB. The URL must begin https:// as Conferma Pay is hosted on a secure server.
Before logging in for the first time, you should have been provided with your User Name, Memorable Word /and Security Question and Security Answer.
For first time users please follow the forgotten password process
1. Select Forgotten Password? and enter your User Name provided by your administrator.
2. Enter the answer to the Security Question that was set up in conjunction with your administrator.
3. Once the Security Question has been answered correctly, you will receive an email containing a link that will enable you to reset your password.
4. Complete your Security Details, including your Security Answer and two characters from your Memorable Word that you chose when setting up your account with your administrator.
For example memorable word 'conferma' if asked for character 3 you would enter 'n'
Enter your New Password and confirm
Enter your Security Answer and confirm your Memorable Word.
Login is now complete and you will be directed to the WebPay™ Home screen. You should use these credentials to log in to WebPay™ from now on.
NB. This link is only valid for two hours and can only be accessed once. Once the link has expired, in order to reset your password the forgotten password process must be started again from the first step described above.
Logging in as an exsisting user
Enter your User Name and Password and select Login
Enter two characters from your Memorable Word.
Your Memorable Word was established in conjunction with your administrator when your Web Conferma Pay account was first setup.
You will then be directed to the Home screen.
If you forget your password or you cannot log in due to being locked out of the portal, you can reset your user by following the Forgotten Password Process.
Please note users are automatically logged out after three consecutive unsuccessful login attempts. The WebPay™ interface will not inform you that you are locked out, however you will receive an email informing you if you are locked out.
