To disable a User, go the the Menu tab and select Administration and Search User.
Once the correct user has been selected scroll to the Account Access section and select the Is Disabled option.
If you wish to remove a user’s access for a period without deleting their profile then select the Is Disabled option.
f you wish to remove a user’s access for a period of time without actually deleting their profile, Conferma Pay Online allows you to disable a profile.
Simply find the user via the administration tab in Conferma Pay Online
Select user search
This will display all user details
To allow a user whose profile has been disabled access again, simply uncheck the box marked Disabled and select Save Changes.
