WebPay™ currently supports the addition of Branch Profiles for Customer Management. This allows agencies to display different Telephone Numbers and Email Addresses on faxes to hotels for deployments made in WebPay™, depending on which agency branch the booking originated from. Select Branch Profile Management from the Administration panel. This ensures that whenever the hotel contacts or submits an invoice to the agency, they always have the contact details for the relevant agency branch responsible for the original booking.
Please note that this functionality is only applicable to Hotel card pools as WebPay™ only supports faxing for Hotel card pools.
Select Create New Branch.
Complete the details for the branch that you wish to create.
The Failed Fax Email is the email address that all failed fax notifications will be sent to.
The Fax Logo URL is the logo that will display on all faxes to hotels for this branch.
The Email Logo URL is the logo that will display on any emails sent to hotels for this branch
All Booking Contact Details added will be displayed on faxes to hotels.
NB. Because these contact details are displayed on faxes to the hotels, please ensure that they are the correct contact details for that branch.
Branch Profile Management is designed to direct hotels to the branch of an agency that the original booking originated from. Conferma is not responsible for any contact data entered incorrectly.
Enter any Invoice Contact Details to be displayed on faxes to hotels for that branch.
Conferma fax templates contain instructions to hotels on how to submit invoices to your agency. Please ensure that the Address, Fax Number and Email Address are the correct Contact Details for your invoices.

Please note that Conferma can support invoice submissions in electronic format, ensuring invoices submitted by hotels via fax or email will always be displayed in SNAP, Conferma’s reporting and reconciliation tool, in electronic format.
