Where approval or sharing rights functionality is not ideal for your company, Conferma Pay Online allows Admin users to create Delegations. This is particularly useful for when an employee will be on holiday for instance, and you want to assign their approvals to a different employee for a finite period.
To manage delegations, find the user and select Manage Delegations.
Select the new user that the delegation is to be assigned to.
Select the time period during which you wish the delegation to be active, using the pop-out calendar generated by clicking on the Start Date and End Date fields. The delegation will expire on the designated End Date.
Once the delegation details are complete, select Add.
The delegation has now been created. The user being delegated to will receive an email notification advising them of the delegation, the time period the delegation is valid for and the user who is absent.
The delegation can be removed at any time by selecting Delete.
