Conferma Pay Online allows Admin users to create templates for Custom Data Fields to be completed for all deployments to ensure consistency of data.
From the Administration section select Card Pools and Card Pool Search
Select the Card Pool that you wish to configure and Custom Data Field Templates from the left hand menu.
The screen will list any existing Custom Data Fields that have been configured. Select Add New Template.
The order that the Custom Data Field is displayed in Conferma Pay Online can be configured by placing a value in the Order section, with 1 being the first to be displayed.
The Report Reference must be completed if the Custom Data Field is to be reported back to the card issuer and the Report Reference must match exactly to that agreed with the card issuer e.g. REF1
The Control Type determines what form the Custom Data Field will take. Select the format from the dropdown box of options including Text Box, Check Box, Drop Down List and Validation Lookup.
Entering a Default Value ensures that a default value will always be present in the Deployment for that Custom Data Field if one is not present in the PNR or entered by the user.
Custom Data Fields can be made mandatory or left as optional.
Select Add to complete the Custom Data Field Template setup.
