If a user makes three consecutive unsuccessful attempts to log in to WebPay™ and they become locked out, they should contact their administrator to be unlocked.
To unlock the user, find their profile using the User Search functionality outlined above in Search for Users and untick the box marked Locked Out.
Select Save Changes in the bottom right of the screen.
Please note that the user will not be automatically notified that their profile has been unlocked – the administrator must inform them.
NB. Please note that admin users can not unlock other admin profiles. Admin profiles must be unlocked by Conferma Support.
