To set up a new Data List go to Administration and select Data List Management from the menu.
Select Create New Data List.
Complete the relevant information and tick Apply Dynamic Workflow to enable.
Once the Admin user has created the dynamic workflow data list, it will then be accessible under Dynamic Workflow Data Lists.
In order to configure the Data List, the admin user must select the newly created list.
Select View/Add Data List Items from options to set up the Data List. Complete the relevant information, including the two different Approvers, as shown below.
Select Add to create the Data List. A success message will appear once complete.
Once the Dynamic Workflow has been configured, the user can select the option when creating a new deployment, under Custom Data Fields.
