The Admin user must set up a data list. Within Administration, locate the option Data List Management.
Select Create New Data List.
Fill in the relevant information and tick the Apply Dynamic Workflow box to enable the dynamic workflow.
Once the Admin user has created the dynamic workflow data list, it will then be accessible under Dynamic Workflow Data Lists.
In order to configure the data list, the admin user must select the newly created list.
Select View/Add Data List Items from options to set up the data list. Enter all the relevant information, including the two different approvers, as shown below.
Select Add to create the data list. A Successful message will appear once complete.
