The link contained in the email is valid for two hours, please select the Forgotten Password link again to generate a new link. If the problem persists check if you are running any firewalls that automatically validate links contained within emails, if so you will need to contact your IT department and have the Conferma domain added to the whitelist in order to resolve the problem.
