If Conferma Settlement Plan or Billback to Agency is selected, Conferma can provide a drop-down bar listing the options that can be charged back to the CSP card or the Agency.
The default options are displayed in the screen shot.
These options can be configured at a client level to comply with the client company policy.
There is the option for the user to add the booking to an existing PNR on the GDS.
Before the booking is completed, the Custom Data Fields can be entered. This is set at client company level and captures the information required by the client for reporting purposes. It is written back into the GDS using the GDS prefixes required by the agency.
Depending on the information entered in one field, Conferma can then open additional fields that must be completed.
For instance, if the selected rate exceeds the maximum rate stipulated in the client company’s policy, a reason for exceeding this limit must be provided.
Conferma can provide these fields as drop-down menus. These fields can be designated as mandatory or non-mandatory.
