This new functionality enables users to validate additional data against a list of values that can be uploaded to the Agency Admin tool. Where there are up to 1,000 validation options, a ‘type-ahead’ feature will be available, allowing users to Autocomplete all fields.
For fields with more validation options, the data will be validated when the booker proceeds to the next field.
If the Full Rate Information rules have not been read, then the booking cannot be completed.
Once the rules have been read, the booking can be completed.
Conferma then creates the booking in the GDS and guarantees the booking to the correct credit card.
The credit card details are completed in the additional fields and an e-mail confirmation is issued to the contact and fax confirmation is sent to the hotel.
This completes the booking, which will be assigned a unique Conferma reference number.
