If all rooms on the booking need to be cancelled, select Cancel Booking.
If the cancellation is for an individual room, select Cancel Room.
Both options can be found at the bottom of the booking summary.
Once again the hotel phone number is displayed. After calling the hotel to cancel the room, enter the hotel reference in the Cancellation Reference box.
The booking status has now changed to Accommodation Cancellation. The passive PNR has been cancelled and placed on the correct queue.
E-mail and fax confirmations of the cancellation have also been sent.
