Once a booking has been retrieved, Offline Bookings can be identified by checking System Provider.
Select Amend Room.
The Cancellation Policy will always be displayed.
Once the Arrival Date and/or number of nights have been amended, select Update to update the details.
The hotel telephone number will subsequently be displayed so that the amendment can also be verified with the hotel.
Once the amendment has been verified with the hotel, select the correct rate. (Details of the rate that was originally booked are also displayed). Please see screenshot below.
The Travellers details and/or the Custom Data Fields can also be updated.
N.B. Please note that no confirmations are sent for these amendments. However, confirmations may be re-sent by Conferma.
The Hotel Contact should be entered into the Hotel Amendment Reference field.
The new total of the booking is displayed at the bottom of the page.
The updated booking details are displayed.
Conferma amends the details in the passive PNR and sends an amendment e-mail and fax.
