If the sending of a confirmation is unsuccessful, Conferma issues an e-mail to a pre-assigned e-mail address informing of the sending failure.
The ability to resend confirmations can be accessed in two ways.
Enter the booking reference and select Resend Confirmations.
Subsequently, the next screen displays the last confirmations sent for all rooms under that booking.
Similarly, confirmations can be resent by accessing the Tools in the top right of the screen. This will open the Hotel Booker Tool Box. Select Resend Confirmations.
Subsequently, the screen above enables bookings to be located, for which confirmations must be resent.
Enter the relevant booking details to locate the booking.
Clicking Send on the far right of screen will reissue confirmation of the booking to the original e-mail address or fax number.
If confirmation is to be resent to a different e-mail address or fax number, enter the new details in the box and select Send.
Please note that only client confirmations can be resent via e-mail. Hotel confirmations can only be sent by fax and will fail if attempts are made to send them to an e-mail address.
