Although hub is distributed via Direct Connect in the same way as Premier Inn it is a very different brand and there are some specific areas to consider, Conferma and Premier Inn would like to highlight some of the differences and make recommendations to ensure the best booking experience.
· Flexible Room Only rates will display without the need for any rate codes
· Saver rates are available using the existing Premier Inn DCSAL code
· Flexible and Saver BB rate codes can be loaded*
· Breakfast only authorisation is not available therefore travellers are urged to book BB rates if breakfast is desired, we recommend this is communicated by tagging hub hotels.
· Available rooms display as Standard Room or Standard Room as single, maximum occupancy is two adults in a double bed, no twins or extra beds are available at hub hotels, again we recommend tagging hub hotels with this information.
· CNP will work in the same way as Premier Inn bookings
*Listing of all cell codes available in Direct Connect
XMLBB – BB on Flexible Rate (Premier Inn)
XMLMD – DBB on Flexible Rate (Premier Inn)
DCSAL – Room Only Saver Rate (Premier Inn AND hub)
DISBB – BB on Saver Rate (Premier Inn)
DISMD – DBB on Saver Rate (Premier Inn)
HUBFB – BB on Flexible Rate (hub)
HUBSB – BB on Saver Rate (hub)
If a client has negotiated rates these Cell Codes (4 now to reflect RO (Premier Inn AND hub), BB (Premier Inn), BB (hub) and DBB (Premier Inn)) should replace XMLBB, XMLMD and HUBFB, meaning a total of 8 Cell Codes loaded. Negotiated rate clients should always have their own booking profile.
