The links that are sent by Conferma to help you to reset your account are protected by a secure process. This means that the link you receive can only be accessed once with a single click.
If when accessing the link you receive an error stating that the link has expired it is usually a result of either:
1. You have double clicked the link and thus made the link invalid.
Solution : You will need to follow the forgotten password process again to receive a new link and ensure that this is only accessed once with a single click.
2. Your email is protected with security software which opens the link to check for virus's before you open it. (Example of this is Mimecast)
Solution : You will need to raise this with your internal IT Teams to ensure that Confermas email address is white listed as a 'safe' source.
