When logging in, the user was entering the first character of their memorable word, however the cursor was not moving automatically to the second box, this has now been changed and the cursor moves after the first character is entered.
Forgotten Password Process
When a user followed the Forgotten Password steps previously, this was not generating an email to the user with the link to reset their password, this is now fixed.
Deployment Creation – Time picker update
The time picker used for selecting the time of a flight, car rental pick-up etc has been changed from a dial to a text-box.
Deployment Creation – Start/End Date
When selecting a start date within a deployment, the end date will now default to the selected start date to improve efficiency.
Deployment Creation – Data fields
The deployment screen shows limited details when creating a deployment, the additional fields are now available within the Optional Fields tab. The Supplier Reference field and Retrieve PNR action are within this section.
Deployment Creation – Add Flight Details
When creating an Air deployment, users were unable to manually add flight details to route, this has now been fixed.
Deployment Creation - Flight Stats Integration
When creating an Air deployment, within the Flight Details section the user can enter the Carrier Code, Flight Number and the Departure Date (optional) and click Find Flight. A search will be performed on the Flight Stats API, and if the route details are found, they will automatically populate within the deployment for the user.
Deployments – More tab
Within a deployment, the additional options: View Card Activity, Action History, Communications History, Documents, Linked App Users, Account Settings and Deployment History are now visible within the More tab for a simplified user experience.

It is now possible to view a detailed Deployment History from the More tab within in deployment, with a view of each version of the deployment that there has been previously.
Deployments – Deployment History
It is now possible to view a timeline of the Deployment History from the More tab within in deployment. The time and date stamps for any actions that took place are displayed here. The actions may include Deployment Creation, Amendments, Viewed by users, Cancellation etc.
It is now possible to search for Deployments based on the platform they were created from. When this was first developed, ‘Conferma Pay Online’ was not an option within the search. This has now been added to the list of options within the Platform Search.
Deployments – Cancel Deployment
When cancelling a deployment, previously the status did not immediately change to cancelled and card value set to zero, this has now been fixed.
Communications Hub – Deployer navigation
Deployers are now able to navigate to the Communications Hub, where previously there was a bug which logged them out.
In the display, there are new icons to identify the type of communication that has been sent, in a subsequent release these will include a hover over providing the definition.
Communications Hub – Deployment Search
The Communications Hub now allows a user to search on a deployment ID where previously it did not return results.
The Conferma Pay Team are working on the development of the Administration Suite for the new Conferma Pay Online platform. This is well underway, and they have completed the User Management sections, however we want the entire Administration suite to be completed before we make this available. We ask that Administration continues to be managed from the legacy platform https://webpay.conferma.com/ until this is ready in the new platform.
