Home Dashboard: Action Buttons
The Home Screen now presents a User with their dashboard of options. They can select from the 3 buttons: Requested Cards, New Card, Search Cards.
The Requested Cards button shows the content that was previously in the ‘Pending’ section and relates to the cards that have been requested and require approval (only applicable when an approval workflow is set up).
The New Card button takes the user through to create a new virtual card deployment.
The Search Cards button was previously displayed as a magnifying glass icon, this enables users to search for deployments using various parameters.
Home Dashboard: Card Deployment Overview
Below the Dashboard, the Home Screen displays a set of categories for viewing an overview of Card Deployments. The categories are displayed in a drop-down box – an explanation of each category is below:
- My recently created – this shows the last 10 deployments a user has created
- My recently approved – if an approval workflow is set up, this will show the last 10 deployments an Approver’ has approved
- My pending approvals – If an approval workflow is set up, this will show any card requests by Deployers that have you set up as their Approver
- My rejected requests – If an approval workflow is set up, you will see all requests from Deployers that you are an Approver for, that you have rejected
- All recent - This tab gives users a view of all deployments from users who have access to the card pool(s)
Deployment View: Deployment options
Within a deployment, the additional options: View Card Activity, Action History, Communications History, Documents, Linked App Users, Account Settings and Deployment History are now visible from the drop down within the More tab for a simplified user experience. Previously these were listed down the right-hand side of the page.
Deployment View: Virtual Card Presentation
The way a virtual card is presented to a user has changed. Previously a front and back image were displayed, however now a front virtual card image is displayed, showing the long card number, expiry date and CVV for the user. It is still possible to Copy the full card number.
Deployment View: Payment Communications
The Payment Communications box now appears as part of the Deployment View, where previously it was on the right-hand side of the screen. From the Payment Communications box, it is possible to send communications to the supplier by Fax or Email. The communications include the booking/ payment details, amendments, cancellations.
Deployment View: Audit History
Previously there was an Audit History button which showed the historical activity of a Deployment. This has now evolved, and we have split this into two sections: Action History and Deployment History.
The Action History presents a timeline, with the time and date stamps for any actions that a user has taken relating to the card. The actions may include card creation, amendments, user views, cancellation etc.
The Deployment History gives the user a consolidated view of each version of the deployment that there has been previously, giving a visual representation of what has been amended.
New Card: Creation
When creating a New Deployment, previously the Spend Type was selected from the drop down list when a user clicked ‘New Deployment.’ The wording for a new Deployment has been changed to New Card, and if the user has more than one Spend Type set up, they will be taken to the next screen to select this.
New Card: Form Layout
The layout of the New Card deployment screen has been consolidated. This enables users who would like to enter great levels of detail into their deployment, they can open the ‘Optional Details’ boxes and enter these fields if they wish.
New Card: Air Deployment Flight Stats
When creating an Air deployment, in the Flight Details section the user can enter the Carrier Code, Flight Number and the Departure Date and click Find Flight. A search will be performed on the Flight Stats API, and if the route details are found, they will automatically populate within the deployment.
NB: This functionality can retrieve flight details up to a maximum of 3 days prior to departure. Any flights further in advance cannot be retrieved using this function.
Search Card Deployments
When searching for a Card Deployment, the search layout has changed. The user is prompted to Search by Deployment ID or Card Details (Card Pool, Active From/To Dates, Deployment Amount, Last 4 digits) However, there are additional search parameters. These can be found in the Advanced Search box.
In the Advanced Search, users can search on Purchase Details (Consumer Reference; Supplier Reference; Supplier Name; Customer Name; PNR Locator; Traveller Name), or System Details (Created Dates, Created By name, Platform).
The communications Hub now has a new look and feel, with new icons to represent the Communication type.
Two sections that were previously in the Administration Suite, have been moved to the Conferma Pay Setup Portal. These sections are Branch Profiles and Customer Management. They have been moved as we plan to gradually migrate all Administration functionality to the Setup Portal. This will enable us to offer a centralised hub, where our partners can administer all their accounts in one place.
The ability to bulk upload Data Lists and Users is currently unavailable in the new site, however it will be released very shortly. If needed, users can still bulk upload from the old URL.
We plan to migrate all users over to the new platform by the end of the year and therefore we would like to request that you visit the new platform and experience the new product as soon as possible.
