To enable the setup, the Card Pool must be enabled on the Conferma Boarding Portal & the Client ID must be provided to Itelya by the TMC in their Setup form.
The Communication element in the Setup Portal must be updated for Invoice Retrieval to be set to email or fax with the following information
- Email invoice@smartbilling.com
- Fax +49 89 71044 999708
Itelya have Mandatory fields & these should be mandated on the Conferma setup side
- Deployment ID
- Client ID
- TMC ID (sent by Conferma on the files)
- Hotel Name, Hotel Address & 2 letter Country Code
- Hotel Telephone Number
