Custom Data will be missing because the information hasn’t been added at the time of Deployment, or between the Deployment Date & Transaction Date
You can check this by viewing the Deployment
If the data is missing, your TMC can access the Deployment information to add the required Custom Data & this will then appear the next time you run the Report
The exception to this, could be if the Deployment was generated via Concur. Concur are only able to send the Profile Custom Data. However, your TMC can still access the Deployment & add the required data.
