Within Conferma Pay Snap, you can run, view & extract reports based on your needs. Reporting is available at the Card Pool level & can assist with & provide all sorts of data.
There are 3 different categories of reporting available
- Transaction Reports
- Based on the Transaction Data provided by the Banking Partner
- Dates are aligned to the Card Statements
- Are used for Reconciliation
- Data is matched to the Card Deployments
- Include any Custom Data Fields/References
- Deployment Reports
- Based on the Deployment data, provided at the time of the Card Request
- Will not include any ‘actual transaction’ values
- Include any Custom Data Fields/References
- Conferma Pay Reports
- Visibility of users, who have downloaded the Conferma Pay App

Some Useful Reports
Standard Invoice Report – This will provide you with the Invoice data, which is the line item data for each Transaction.
Use this Report to see your Charge breakdown by item, i.e. Room Charges, Meals, Drinks etc & to see the tax breakdown per item too.
Use this Report to check if travellers are adhering to policy guidelines regarding additional charges, i.e. Parking, Meals etc.
This report will include your Client Reference Data
Standard Transaction Report - This will provide you with a full overview of all transactions in line with the Card Statements, for either the Current Period or a specific Statement Date.
Use this report to assist in any reconciliation processes & match your card transactions to the traveller & booking data including any references.
This report will include your Client Reference Data
Use this report to assist in any recharging & or cost allocations.
