Dynamic CDF functionality was added with CSP v1.30 to allow controls to be displayed/hidden based on a list selection hierarchy.
Additional functionality has been added to allow child items to be specified at the point a drop-down list linked to a parent item.
During the administration of the Custom Data Field Link page, upon selecting an item within a list from your customer data field, the system will recognise that a parent item is linked to a drop-down list. When this happens, a link will display taking the user to a second step when they can select the child display items to use.
When proceeding, an option to link a Custom Data Field will appear. By ticking an option and clicking save, a link will be displayed ‘Set Item Visibility’ (Figure 3).
Upon clicking the ‘Set Item Visibility’ link, an option to show or hide individual items from a data list will be displayed (by default all items are visible). By unselecting an item, in this case ‘hh’. This will no longer show in the linked data list.
By selecting the list item that was linked in figure 1 from the ‘Test12’ Custom Data Field, the ‘Test123’ Custom Data Field now shows 2 items as per selected in figure 4.
A user with applicable access levels can enable a setting called Supplier Instructions via the Card Pool Settings screen.
When enabled, instructions can be entered in a textbox in which this information should display on all associated Conferma Connect emails & faxes (Figure 6).
Historically when visibility of tolerances and Actual VCN Amount functionality is enabled, a converted currency amount will be visible next to the 'Tolerance Applied' value, when a tolerance is applied.
Now a converted amount always shows next to the 'Actual VCN Amount' regardless of whether a tolerance has been applied.
Historically, a date range is required to search for a deployment with a supplier reference. Now a search can be performed by Supplier Reference without requiring a date range (Figure 8).
Changes WebPay to use Branch, Customer, Card Pool default failure address for Payment Communications.
Previously the fax failure email defaulted to the Card Pool Default Failed Fax Address configured and if not provided it went to the logged in users email address. However, the Card Pool Default Fax Failed Address is often not set, so in most cases the logged in user would get the email.
Note. This can still be overridden as before by typing in a desired failure email address.
A few user interface improvements have been made to improve the users’ experience. Extra validation has been applied to the Suppler Email field, clearly marking if the entered email is valid with a cross and a tick (Figure 10 and Figure 11).
A help tip has been added adjacent to the Supplier Reference on the deployment page, detailing its usage (Figure 12).
Historically a Card Issuer Admin user could not administer a Customer Super Admin User. Now it is possible for a Card Issuer Admin to update a Customer Super Admin user’s information.
By selecting ‘Customer Super Admin’ from the role dropdown on the User Search page and searching for the role (Figure 13),then selecting the desired user in which to administer.
Once the desired user is selected, information can be updated as per other users (Figure 14).
In the example the name has been updated for the user (Figure 15).
Allow user search for SNAP only user
- Historically on a user search, if 'Include SNAP Users' was selected, extra search criteria were required to search for a user. Now, a search can be performed by solely selecting 'Include SNAP Users' (Figure 16).
Historically changing a user’s role was not possible. Now a user within the role of A ‘Customer Super Admin’ or ‘Card Issuer Admin‘ can change the access level of another user.
When logged in as ‘Customer Super Admin’ or ‘Card Issuer Admin‘ a user role can be changed by navigating to the Manage User page and selecting the desired role from the role dropdown.
Only users in the following roles: Deployer, Approver 1, Approver 2 and Search Only can be updated.
Once a user is selected with a role of one of the following: Deployer, Approver 1, Approver 2, Search only. A role dropdown will be displayed (Figure 17).
By changing the role from Deployer to Approver 1 in the dropdown and clicking save (Figure 18).
The role will now be updated to an Approver (Figure 19).
Historically when viewing a Digital Wallet Card for Conferma Pay, WebPay users can modify/manage the deployment within WebPay. Now, WebPay users can no longer modify a Digital Wallet Card deployment. An additional section to the right of the deployment has been added, stating the deployment in question is a Conferma Pay digital wallet card.
Previously when a deployment is rejected, the deployer must create a new one. Presently, a deployer can amend a rejected deployment and the deployment status will be set to pre-deployment.
A deployer will not be able to amend a rejected deployment if the charge dates have passed.
A deployment can also be cancelled after a rejected deployment.
If a deployment has been rejected, the deployer now can cancel or amend the deployment (Figure 21).
After a rejected deployment has been amended, the status will be set back to pre-deployment (Figure 22).
File upload types
WebPay will now ONLY allow the upload of PDF, DOCX, PNG and JPEG file types.
All previously uploaded file types, or files uploaded from related Conferma Pay software, will still be available for download as before.
