Your Digital Wallet may have been declined for the below reasons;
- Card isn’t active – you’ve tried to use the card before it’s been activated or after it’s been deactivated. You can check the App for more details.
- Insufficient funds – You can check the App for your available balance.
- Merchant has been blocked – Conferma or your corporation has blocked the category of merchant.
It is possible to receive a declined transaction at the point of sale, but the Conferma Pay has not declined the transaction. This could be a network issue or the Merchants acquirer does not accept the type of card, this type of activity occurs prior to contacting the Conferma Pay platform.
