Introducing Team Admins
Until now, only Administrators that have access to Conferma Pay Control have been able to send a card to a Conferma Pay App user. With support for Team Admins, privileged App Users marked as a Team Admin via Conferma Pay Control can now send cards to colleagues directly from their phone!
A Team Admin can only be configured by an Administrator who has access to Conferma Pay Control. Multiple Team Admin users can be assigned to an individual Team within Conferma Pay Control.
As a Team Admin, a new Teams menu option will be made available in the menu accessed from the home screen.
A Team Admin will be able to view all other users currently in their Team, add additional or update existing team members and send cards to other team members.
To add a Team Member, a Team Admin can tap the “+” icon on the top-right of the Team Member result screen. Simply enter an email address, activation period of the user (optional) and set the Custom Data Fields for the user as required. Team Admins can also toggle if an Invite Email should also be sent to the new user.
Existing Team Members can also be viewed and updated by the Team Admin. Existing assigned cards to the Team Member can also be viewed by the Team Admin.
When viewing an existing Team Member, a Team Admin can tap the “Send Card” button to initiate the sending of a virtual card to the Team Member. The screens are very similar to the “Add New Card” button on the home screen when a user has access to create cards for themselves via the App.

Additional Language Support
Conferma Pay now supports French, Spanish and Japanese languages.
Your native device language must be configured to operate in these languages for the Apps to display the preferred language. You cannot change the language in-app.
For customers using iOS 13+, you can override the language preference using the iOS Settings App > Conferma Pay > Language option.

Note: Conferma Pay will soon be updating our app registration and email templates in support of these languages too.
When you first login to the mobile application, you will be prompted to accept the latest terms and conditions of use. The Terms & Conditions will be presented on screen for you to review. Once you’ve accepted the Terms & Conditions you will be granted access to login to the application.

iOS 13 Support
v3.5 must be installed to support the latest version of the Conferma Pay App. If a user has updated their iOS device to iOS 13, but not the Conferma Pay App (v3.4.1 or lower), the Conferma Pay App will forcibly close and not allow you to use the App. You must access the Apple App Store and download the latest Conferma Pay App.
