Conferma Pay Setup portal was launched around 2 years ago and the CSP v1.3.33 release provides a general “look & feel” upgrade to the portal together with bug fixes and new enhancements.
This document provides full details of items included in the release.
2. Changes & Enhancements
Card Issuer Access:
2.1. Card Pool Details – Card Issuer Access - Ability to Amend
Currently, if Card Pool details need to be updated then the Card Issuer must delete and rebuild a new Card Pool. New functionality provides an option to Edit.
2.2. Billing Address updated
The Billing Address has been updated to specify the Card Holder Billing Address.
2.3. Card Pool Details – Account Number
Run time error message is displayed when a text value is entered into the Account Number. This fields needs to be able to accept both alpha and numeric values as required by Citi. Updated and now accepts both alpha and numeric values.
2.4. Card Pool Details – New Card Pool Expiry Date
Card Pool Expiry Date has been updated to allow for multiple data formats e.g. AirPlus entered as 0722 instead of 07/22
2.5. Custom Data Field Templates – New Custom Data Field Mapping
When mapping Custom Data Fields, it is necessary for the Card Issuer to complete the configuration for each Product type. This has been updated to allow Custom Data Fields to be mapped once and applied to all Product types. Please note this is only applicable to Multi-type card pools.
2.6. Stage 1-9 – Ability to navigate to each Stage of the Boarding Request
New functionality has been added to allow users, in Edit mode, to select the Stage of the Boarding Request, from the top of the screen instead of having to Save & Continue onto the relevant page.
2.7. Stage 1 – Agency Details – Consumer/Agency Name
The Consumer name will appear in the drop down once the Consumer has been created in the CSP Admin tool. The Agency Name will now prepopulate from the Consumer Name, but also allow the user to override if required. Please note global TMC's often have different Agency Names per country.
2.8. Stage 1 – Agency Details – Card Holder
A new tick box has been added to indicate if the TMC is also the card holder.
2.9.10. Stage 2 – Card Account Details – Tolerance Parameters
Data labels cannot be renamed at this stage; however, the explanations of each Tolerance Parameter have been updated to provide better information on how each Tolerance Parameter is utilised.
Tolerance parameters have also been reordered into a logical flow.
2.11. Stage 3 – Application Settings – Agency Name
The Agency Name will now be prepopulated from the Agency Details screen, which removes the need to manually input data.
2.12. Stage 3 – Application Settings – Default Failed Fax Email
This has now been removed and will only be displayed in Communication Settings.
2.13. Stage 3 – Application Settings – Conferma Pay App Settings
Conferma Pay Mobile App will automatically be enable (the Enable button has been removed), and the user is automatically presented with the Conferma Pay App Settings screen.
2.14. Stage 3 – Application Settings – Conferma Pay App Settings
Verbiage has been added to advise the user what the information on this screen is used for.
2.15. Stage 3 – Application Settings – Conferma Pay App Settings
The Enable CVV option has been updated to default to Enabled and the user must Disable if not required.
2.16. Stage 4 - Custom Data – Report Key Disabled
The requirement of the TMC to complete the Report Key has been removed and this function will now be the responsibility of the Card Issuer, where they support this functionality.

The search for a Platform has been enhanced to include alias platforms e.g. searching on Cytric will now display instead of having to search on Amadeus.
2.20. Stage 5 – Platforms – Sabre updates
Support Email address has been updated for Sabre QCT

2.21. 22 Stage 6 – CACs – Copy Function
Currently, if a Boarding Request is copied from an existing Client, then all associated CACs (Client Account Codes) are also copied across and cannot be deleted. This has been updated so CACs are no longer copied and new CACs must be created by the user for each copied Boarding Request.
2.23. Stage 6 Prompt to link to Card Pool Group
The user will be prompted to add the Boarding Request to at least one Card Pool Group before proceeding, otherwise the card account will not be visible in Conferma Pay Online and/or SNAP. This is now a mandatory requirement to be completed before the Boarding Request can be Submitted.
2.24. Stage 8 – Card Pool Group – Access to all existing users
A change has been made to the workflow allowing all existing users access to the new card account. There is now a new setting in the CSP Admin Tool>Card Pool Group>Application Settings>CSP Setup Website>Add to User Card Pool Access. When enabled this will display a tick box in the Setup Portal, and when ticked, will add the new Card Account to ALL existing users. This change has been made to stop all users being automatically given access to the new Card Account.
2.25. Stage 8 – Card Pool Group Access – New Card Pool Groups
When raising a new Boarding Request, newly added Card Pool Groups do not appear in the list of Card Pool Groups. This has been corrected.
2.26. Stage 8 – Card Pool Group – Renamed
Card Pool Group has been renamed Card Pool Group Access and new verbiage added to explain how to configure a Card Pool Group.
2.27. Stage 9 – Communication Settings
Where applicable, these fields will be prepopulated with data already entered into the Agency Details section.
2.28. Stage 9 – Communication Settings – SNAP Only option
Where the SNAP Only option has been selected, the next page displays the Fax & Invoice Postal Address boxes. These have now been removed as no longer included in this option.
2.29. Stage 9 – Communication Settings – Default Communication Email Address
This field prepopulates from the data entered into the Agency Details screen. The user is able to amend the email address if required.
2.30. Stage 9 – Communication Settings – Invoice Fax
When Send To You Only is selected the Communication settings screen is presented and a “Tool Tip” has been added to Invoice Fax to explain the requirement.
2.31. Stage 9 – Finish
A Popup has been added to remind users to Submit the Boarding Request when they have fully completed. The Submit for Review option has also been repositioned to the top of the options list.
2.32. Naming convention change from Fax to Communication
Throughout the Setup Portal, and where applicable, any references to Fax have been updated to Communications to reflect the different communication options now available. Please note that some of the data headers have not been updated as they impact multiple platforms.
2.33. Audit History - enhancements
The Audit History has been enhanced to detail specific sections that have been amended instead of just the screen that has been amended.
3.1. Card Issuer – Forgotten Password
A Card Issuer - Boarding Read Only user cannot currently reset their password as the email is not generated. This has been corrected.
3.2. Forgotten Password
When logging into the Setup Portal for the first time, the Forgotten Password link does not currently work, and the user has to try the Forgotten Password link a second time before they can complete the create a password process. This has been corrected.
3.3.4 Tools – Consumer Logo
Previously, this section failed to present the Consumer Logo into the Implementation process and has been corrected.
3.5. Stage 1 – Agency Details
When in Edit Mode within a Draft Boarding Request, the Consumer and Card Pool Group fields displayed a numeric value instead of text. This has been corrected and now display the correct text
3.6. Stage 3 – Application settings – Enable Conferma Pay
Enable Conferma Pay tick box occasionally resulted in a run time error.
Conferma Pay has been renamed Conferma Pay Mobile App.
The Enable Conferma Pay tick box has been removed and users are now defaulted to the Conferma Pay App Settings screen.
3.7. Stage 4 – Custom Data
When logged in as TMC user and select a Boarding Request with a Quality Assurance status, the Custom Data Fields were displayed multiple times. This has been resolved and now only display once.
3.8. Stage 8 – Card Pool Groups
When in Edit mode within a Boarding Request, the Invoice Collection Method screen does not indicate the option that was previously selected. This has been corrected and the Invoice Collection Method previously selected is now highlighted in green and labelled Selected.
If the SNAP Only or Send to You Only was selected, then the Communications screen was presented when it was not required for these options. This has been corrected and will no longer be presented.
3.9. Stage 8 – Card Pool Groups
When in Edit mode within the Boarding Request, the Card Pool Group originally selected is not displayed and the user has to select again before continuing. This has been corrected.
3.10. Stage 1-9 Mandatory Fields
Currently, some fields marked as Mandatory would allow the user to progress without entering any data. All Mandatory fields have been reviewed and now require data before proceeding.
3.11. Boarding Request - Save & Continue
Completing a Boarding Request and clicking Save & Continue occasionally returned a run time error. This has been corrected.
3.12. Card Issuer access - Create Card Pool – VPA Rule Type
When creating a new Card Pool the VPA Rule Type accepts any value. This has been corrected and now only accepts a zero or a one value.
3.13. Boarding Status Communications – email templates
Email communication templates have been reviewed to remove duplicate data.
In addition, all references to WebPay have been updated to Conferma Pay Online, and Conferma updated to Conferma Pay.
