This section of the user guide describes how to add or edit a new B2B card pool, card pool group, or user.
To search for a specific B2B customer, enter the Customer Name and use the tick boxes to filter for API, Mobile, or Batch customers. Click Search.

The search results will be displayed in the B2B Customers table. To view a B2B customer, click on the customer name displayed.
From the Home page, click Add B2B Customer.

Complete the form with the customer details and click Save.

Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.
When you view a B2B customer, you will see a section for Card Pools and Card Pool Groups associated to the B2B customer.
Card Pool information displayed includes:
Accounts – the Card Pool name,
Currency – billing currency of the Card Pool,
Deployment Method,
Mobile Enabled - Yes/No,
Status.
To view a Card Pool, click on the Card Pool name.

A Card Pool Group contains one or more Card Pools providing user access to those Card Pools. A Card Pool Group enables user access to the Card Pool in Conferma Pay Online and/or Conferma Pay Snap.
Information displayed includes:
Card Pool Group Name,
Number of Linked Card Pools,
Number of Users linked to the Card Pool Group.
To view a specific Card Pool Group, click on the relevant Card Pool Group name.

From the Home page click the B2B Customer that you want to create a new card pool for.

Click New Card Pool.

Complete the Card Holder Billing Address and Card Account Details.
The card account screens are dynamic and the options presented are linked to your input. For example, when you complete the Card Issuer field you will see the currency and scheme fields and dropdowns are pre-populated with the available options linked to the Issuer and Country of Issuance. Other options may be available depending on your previous selections.
Click Continue.

Complete any card issuer specific screens that you may be presented with. These may or may not be required depending on your selections under Card Account Details.

Configure any required Tolerance Parameters on behalf of the customer and click Save & Continue. If no Tolerance Parameters are required, click Save & Continue without entering any information to proceed to the next stage.
To view more information about each parameter, click the "?" symbol next to it.

Configure the settings for the Conferma Pay Online platform (this is optional) and click Save & Continue.

Configure any required Custom Data Fields on behalf of the customer and click Save & Continue. If none are required, click Save & Continue without entering any information to skip and proceed to the next stage.
The customer administrator can also configure Custom Data Fields at a later stage in the Admin section of Conferma Pay Online.
Warning
If you choose to configure your Custom Data Fields at a later stage, please note that the data cannot be provided retrospectively.

Check the box next to each Card Pool Group that you want to associate the new Card Pool to.

Alternatively, create a new Card Pool Group to associate your new Card Pool to. Enter the name, click Add, then click Save & Continue.

You can now view all information entered during the Card Pool creation. The Card Pool status is now Live – Ready to Use.
If you need to upload a number of card pools, you can also arrange to bulk upload card pools. In order to do this, contact the Conferma Pay Implementations team. They will send you an excel spreadsheet to complete with all of the information required. Complete the spreadsheet and return it to the Implementations team, who will complete the bulk upload process.
From the View Existing Card Pool page, click Add Notes to enter a message. This generates an email notification to the Conferma Implementations team to action.

Once the Card Pool has been created, you can conduct an automated test deployment to ensure the Card Pool is fully functional. From View Existing Card Pool > Test Card Pool Configuration, click Test.

You will be presented with a description of how the test will work. Click Submit to proceed.

The Setup portal will then complete the following steps:
Reach out to the CSP Core API and request a card for the equivalent of GBP 5.00.
Immediately cancel the card.
Return the result of the test, advising whether the test was successful or not.

If the test failed then the user is advised to use the Add Notes functionality to alert the Conferma Pay Implementations team for assistance.
Click Continue to push the card pool through to Live automatically. You will be returned to the View Existing Card Pool page and the card pool status will display as Live – Ready to Use.
From the Home page select the B2B customer and a list of associated Card Pools will be displayed.

Click on the Card Pool you want to view.
To edit the Card Pool, click Edit.

From the Home page select the relevant B2B Customer.

The screen will display all Card Pools and Card Pool Groups associated to the B2B Customer. Scroll down to the Card Pool Groups and select the one you want to view.

The screen will display the Card Pools associated to the Card Pool Group.

A list of users linked to the Card Pool Group is also displayed. The username and indication if the user has access to the platforms Conferma Pay Online, Conferma Pay, and Conferma Pay Control is displayed.

Live Edit allows you to make amendments after the Boarding Request has been pushed to a Live status.
The available amendments are:
Agency Details,
Tolerance Parameters,
Conferma Pay Online & Conferma Pay App Settings,
Platforms and CACs (can only be added),
Card Pool Groups,
Communication Settings.

The option for Live Edit is only visible once the Boarding Request has been pushed to a Live Status.

Click New Card Pool Group
Enter the Card Pool Group name.
Check the box next to each card pool that you want to link the new group to.
Click Submit.

Once the card pool group has been created you will be taken back to the View Card Pool Group page.
You can create new users on behalf of the customer for a selected card pool group.
From the Home page, click the relevant B2B customer.
Scroll down and click the card pool group.

Click Add New User.
Complete the template to create the new user.
You can give the new user access to other Conferma Pay platforms. To do this, click the relevant dropdown and choose the role you want to allocate to the user.

You can give the new user access to other Conferma Pay platforms. To do this, click the relevant dropdown and choose the role you want to allocate to the user.
All of the platform access dropdowns automatically default to 'No', and the user will only have access to a platform if you choose a role from the dropdown.

Once you have applied the relevant roles for each platform to the user, tick Send Invite if you want to send the new user a welcome email. This will be sent after you complete the next step and save the user in the system.
Click Add User to complete the creation of the new user and save them in the system.
From the Home page, click on the B2B customer, scroll down and select the Card Pool Group the user belongs to. Click the user you want to edit and view the current user configuration, which you can update and save at any time.
