Setup Portal v2.4.1 introduces additional functionality to improve the user experience.
The new Connected Platforms page supports potential future integrations with additional platforms. This page is only visible to B2B Admin users. It is accessed from the B2B Customer Details page and displays details of platforms that can be connected to the Setup Portal via API.
Initially, this page will support the upcoming integration with SAP Concur Invoice. It will be expanded to include other platforms as and when they become available and eventually support the management of Straight Through Processing providers.
We have added two new automated email notifications. They are generated in the following scenarios:
When the card pool has been pushed to live, the card issuer user will receive an email to remind them to log back into the Setup Portal and update the Custom Data Field (CDF) report keys in the card pool.
When a card pool is linked to the boarding request, the travel management company user will receive an email to advise them that there are no CDFs configured for the card pool.
You can now enable customer management in the Setup Portal. Previously, Setup Portal users with the relevant access levels could create customer and branch profiles. However, the settings did not become available in Conferma Pay Online until they had been enabled by the Conferma Pay team.
This is part of the workflow for T&E and does not apply to the B2B customer management process.
We have added a prompt for users to ensure that they have set up the transaction file. This will apply to all card issuers to ensure they have enabled the file feed.
We have removed the ability to configure the colour scheme in the Conferma Pay App.
We have added the ability to add and edit CDFs to B2B customers. Click Configure on 'Custom Data Fields' to edit the CDFs linked to the card pool.
There is now an option to search for all card pools by name. This is not limited to card pools awaiting boarding requests.
We have improved the boarding request name search to allow you to search for partial strings.
We have improved the search function in the Setup Portal. You can now search for words that contain accents, and results will still be returned for words in the database that contain accents, even if you do not enter the accent in the search term.
We have made product, and brand name references in the Setup Portal User Interface (UI) dynamic to ensure that references refer to the correct Conferma Pay product or brand.
We have updated the labels in the Conferma Pay Online settings to make them clearer and remove any outdated references.
We have improved the text in the Conferma Pay Online settings and tolerance parameters to provide clearer guidance. Improvements include clear indicators if a field is B2B or T&E specific.
We have added a link to the Helpdesk site so that users can access it more quickly from within the Setup Portal.
We have removed the Supported Card Issuers page to streamline the UI in response to customer feedback.
We have added radio buttons to the 'B2B Users' table.
We have made the styling of all titles uniform across the portal.
We have made several user access improvements, including improved definition for Yes/No tabs on mandatory fields and resolving an issue with unclear labels on the 'Card Pools Awaiting Customer Boarding Requests' table.
We have resolved an issue with the B2B new user form where the title was displayed incorrectly.
We have resolved an issue where entering address line two was mandatory. You can now enter an address without adding line two.
We have resolved an issue on the B2B Customer Management page where the BIN column was not displaying the BIN number for some users.
We have resolved an issue where some users could not view a digital wallet balance or load/unload a wallet, despite having the correct access level.
We have resolved an issue for some B2B users where the T&E section of the Dashboard displayed the wrong fields.
We have resolved an issue where the 'Request' table and 'Card Pool' table were not refreshed when clicking from one status to another.
We have resolved an issue where the 'mobile enabled' radio buttons were showing incorrectly.
We have resolved an issue where updates to Itelya settings were not updating correctly.
