At the top of the page you can see a yellow banner that will contain the Amending Booking: Reference Number. To stop amending the booking click Clear Amend Mode.
To amend the Arrival Date and/or the number of Nights, change the values in the fields below Edit your booking?. Once amended, click Update.
A warning will prompt you to update the rates to ensure the correct availability. To update the rates, click Update to the right-hand side of the warning.
Select a rate from the list below, once decided, click Select Rate.
If the updated rate is outside of the Travel Policy the reason may be amended on the booking summary page. If applicable, the Custom Data Fields can be updated.
Click Finish. Confirmations of the booking amendments will be sent to the booking contact and the hotel.
Conferma Pay updates the GDS and issues new confirmation messages where applicable.
If there is no online availability, Conferma Pay will only display a Guide Rate. However, Hotel Booker provides the option of calling the hotel directly by displaying the telephone number. The booking can then be made offline.

The Booking Summary then permits the name of the contact at the hotel to be entered.
It is important to note that the PNR is not affected by these amendments. Any notes regarding the amendment must be made manually to the PNR.
