Offline cancellations can be processed in Hotel Booker, but you are required to contact the hotel directly.
If all rooms on the booking need to be cancelled, click Cancel Booking.
If the cancellation is for an individual room, click Cancel Room.
Both options can be found at the bottom of the booking summary.
The hotel phone number will be shown.
Contact the hotel to cancel the room and enter the hotel reference in the Cancellation Reference box. Click Continue.
The booking status will change to Accommodation Cancellation. The passive PNR will be cancelled and placed in the correct queue.
Email and fax confirmations of the cancellation will also been sent to the hotel and traveller.
