If a confirmation is not sent successfully, Conferma Pay will issue an email to a preassigned email address to notify the relevant user of the failure. You can reconfigure the recipient of these communications if they continue to fail, or if contact details have changed.
There are two routes to the Resend Confirmations - Message History page:
Enter the Booking Reference and click Search to open your booking.
If you do not have the Booking Reference choose the booking from the list of Open Bookings.
Once you have opened the booking you can scroll down the page and click Resend Confirmation in the Booking Actions sections.
Resending Confirmation - Message History
After using either route, you will be directed to the Resend Confirmation – Message History page with a list of results.
You will see a set of results with the current bookings along with the status of both email confirmation and fax confirmation.
If you have a new email or fax number these can be entered here. Once done, click Send.
If you cannot see the booking you need, there is also an option to generate a new confirmation via the yellow banner. If selected the user will now be shown the Generate New Booking Confirmation page.
Enter or amend the relevant information and click Send Confirmation(s).
