The Scratch Pad details the history of a booking from creation to completion. The Scratch Pad is automatically populated with data, but you can also manually enter any additional information that you wish to record against a booking.
Click Scratch Pad, located above the booking contact details.
A pop-up window will appear with a chronological record of actions made regarding the chosen booking.
There is an option to manually enter any information required regarding the booking. These entries are identifiable by an icon next to the manually entered entries. This information will not be written into the GDS.
To add manual data select the Add New Scratch Pad Entry data field, enter the required information and click Save.
Please note that all scratchpad entries will be deleted 18 months after they have been added to the Scratchpad.
