If a hotel booking requires an amendment, find the hotel using search methods outlined here Searching for Bookings. Rather than cancelling bookings with incorrect details, Hotel Booker allows you to make minor amendments across all Online Bookings. Once the booking is displayed, click Amend Room, located at the bottom of the booking details page.

The Cancellation Policy is always displayed when you click Amend Room. Click Continue.
