For each type of deployment, Conferma Pay Online allows you to retrieve the details of a live PNR (Passenger Name Record) to populate the deployment details automatically.

PNR retrievals for accommodation deployments are supported for Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo.

PNR retrievals for air deployments are supported for Sabre and Galileo.
The PNR must be live, and Conferma Pay Online cannot retrieve any PNRs that have expired or are not valid.
Note
This functionality requires access to the TMC pseudo city code (PCC), which you must request by raising a ticket with the support team.

Select the Deployment Type from the Home page, then click PNR Retrieval.

Select the PNR Locator field and enter the PNR for your booking. Choose the platform from the dropdown.

Click Retrieve.

Conferma Pay Online will automatically retrieve all details in the PNR for that booking and populate the relevant fields.

Where the PNR contains more than one segment, as displayed below, click Select Segment to choose the segment you wish to work with.

Enter an optional reference if you have one. The system will automatically generate a unique reference if no reference is entered.

Conferma Pay Online draws from the information contained in the PNR to populate the Accommodation Details page. Complete any required fields that have not been automatically populated.

Any Custom Data Fields contained in the PNR are captured at this stage. They can also be added manually if required.

Click Get Card.
Note
Conferma Pay Online currently supports Retrieve PNR functionality for air deployments for Sabre & Galileo.

Click on the Deployment Type from the Home page and click PNR Retrieval.

Select the PNR Locator field and enter the PNR for your booking. Choose the platform from the dropdown and then click Retrieve PNR.

All segments for that PNR are then displayed.

Click Select Price Quote to choose the Price Quote for the deployment you are creating.

Once the Custom Data Fields are completed, the details for that deployment are displayed.

To write the air segment into an existing PNR, click Add to Existing PNR.
You can write a Deployment ID back into the PNR as a remark for Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo.
Once the PNR has been retrieved, and the deployment created, add the ID by clicking the Add Deployment ID to PNR link under Traveller Details.
Note
This functionality is only available when a PNR is retrieved at the point of deployment.
Conferma Pay Online also supports multiple Pseudo City Codes (PCCs) and/or GDS per Card Pool for Accommodation Deployments when retrieving a PNR for Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus, and air deployments when retrieving a PNR for Sabre and Galileo.
Note
This functionality is currently only available for accommodation and air deployments.

After selecting the deployment from the Home page, select the Card Pool and then click Retrieve PNR as per the above process.

Enter the PNR you wish to retrieve.

Select the Platform and Profile from the dropdown lists, and click Retrieve.

All segments for that PNR are then displayed in Conferma Pay Online as per the usual process.

To complete the deployment, follow the instructions to retrieve a PNR.

Profiles can only be configured by Conferma Pay Support. If you wish to set up profiles for your company, please contact the Conferma Pay support team.
