If you have forgotten your password or locked your account, please follow the steps below:

Enter your username.

Click the Forgotten Password link.

Enter the answer to your Security Question.

If you have entered the correct details, a Forgotten Password link will be sent to the email address associated with your username. Please also check your junk folder. Click on the link in the email.
Note
The link is valid for two hours, and you can only click it once. If you click the link and do not complete the forgotten password process or click the link after two hours have passed, you will need to start the forgotten password process again.

Enter the answer to your Security Question.

Create and confirm your new password. If the password does not meet the password complexity requirements, you will see an error message explaining why it is not an acceptable password.

If the password meets the password complexity requirements, you will be directed to complete the usual log in procedure using your new password.
Your user account may become locked after three unsuccessful consecutive log in attempts or if you have entered information incorrectly when trying to log in to the site for the first time.
To unlock your user account, follow the forgotten password process to reset your password and unlock your account.
If you cannot complete the forgotten password process because you have forgotten your security answer and/or memorable word, you will need to contact your Corporate Administrator and ask them to reset the credentials.

If you are a Conferma Pay Corporate Administrator and have forgotten your security credentials, please contact the Conferma Pay support team.
All passwords must conform to the minimum password complexity requirements for Conferma Pay Online:

Must be at least eight characters long.

Must contain at least one uppercase letter.

Must contain at least one lowercase letter.

Must contain at least one number.

Must contain at least one special (non-alphanumeric) character (i.e.! “£ $ % etc.)

Must not be the same as any of your last 12 passwords.

Must not contain the answer to your security question.
