As a Team Admin, if you are connected to an Approval Band that allows it, you can send a card remotely to an active Team Member. Go to the App Menu tap Team Administration > Your Team> Team Member > Send Card.

When sending a Digital Wallet card, you can enter either:
-
a card amount that matches the Per Diem configured by your Corporate Administrator;
-
an exact monetary amount.
For Teams with recurring budgets enabled, you can also send recurring budget cards.
All cards that you send will follow the approval workflow that your Corporate Administrator has configured for your Approval Band. The Team Member will receive a notification informing them that you have sent them a card.
Team Admins can send cards to multiple Team Members of the same Team. If an end user is a Team Admin of more than one Team, they cannot send cards to Team Members from different Teams simultaneously.

Navigate to Team Administration from the app menu.

Tap the Team that you want to issue multiple cards to.

Tap the send icon in the top right corner.

Tap the radio button next to the Team Members that you want to issue cards to. Selected Team Members are indicated with a highlighted row, the list at the top of the screen, and a tick in the radio button. Tap a Team Member again to unselect them. Click Continue.

Choose the card type that you want to send. Tap Next.

Complete any additional requested details. These details will be the same for all of the cards issued. Tap Next.

Enter the desired value of the deployment and select the currency type. Tap Next.

Enter the dates that you want the card to be active. These dates will apply to all of the cards. Tap Next.

You will see a confirmation that the cards are being processed. Each card will go through the normal approval process according to the Approval Band settings applied to the Team Member. Tap Done to be returned to the Team screen.
You can only send multiple identical cards (e.g., the same start and end date and deployment amount for each card).
