Mobile Application v5.2 introduces spend notifications, verification improvements and the removal of the PIN fallback when biometrics fails.
We are adding the ability for users to configure a spend notification that will alert them when their balance falls below a specified percentage. Users will be able to set this within the app and Conferma Pay Control v1.3, if supported by the issuer.
We are improving our KYC feature within the app so that new and existing issuers will have more flexibility when requesting identity verification.
To improve app security, we are removing the device PIN fallback when biometrics fails or is not enabled. Users will need to have biometrics enabled or enter their email address, password and OTP to log in.
